Our community is known for its high quality of life and sense of serenity that makes every day feel like a holiday.
Greentrees Village is a 55-and-older manufactured and modular home community located in the coastal City of Florence, Oregon. Each of the 567 lots is individually owned. The village features peace and quiet in hand-cleared, secluded lots, framed by a lush green background of native foliage. We are located on the Central Oregon coast, 65 miles west of Eugene, Oregon.
The Association is responsible for the upkeep of all common property. Common property is maintained by a small staff under the direction of a Manager. Owners are responsible for assessment dues; effective Jan 2024, dues will be $270.00 HOA per month.
The many amenities available include a clubhouse, recreation hall, tennis court and bocce ball court. The clubhouse, where the Office is located, includes a library, coffee room with fireplace, exercise room, pool and ping pong tables, restrooms, outdoor adult pool - open year round - with an indoor jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a family pool - open three months in the summer from mid June to early September. Both pools have dressing rooms with showers.
The recreation hall is used for many activities such as potlucks, bingo, bunco, computer classes, exercise classes, breakfasts, holiday dinners and Board of Directors meetings. There are two pool tables and a snooker table available for use.
Owners are allowed to have pets in the community too.
The City of Florence, of which Greentrees Village is a part, maintains a large library, has a modern hospital and a full range of professional services: doctors, dentists, optometrists, accountants, attorneys, etc. There is an airport for private planes, several marinas, a community college, many full-service banks and the Rhody Bus that picks up residents in front of our clubhouse eight times a day on an hourly basis. There is an events center that hosts several venues. Other activities available in the area are boating, fishing, crabbing, beach-combing, sand dune buggies and the Three Rivers Casino.
