We have identified the following resources available in our community. Residents often have a need to contact local community resources; this is a list of some resources we have found helpful.  Inclusion of resources listed here are not an endorsement by Greentrees Village HOA and are provided as information for our members.

Utilities

Note: cable, internet and trash collection are included with your HOA dues.  For initial set up of cable and internet, please contact the Office or the Directory for the account number.

Transportation Resources

  • Rhody Express Bus - provides local transportation throughout Florence, including Peace Health campus, Monday - Friday.  More information at www.ci.florence.or

  • Rideshare - may also be able to provide you with transportation within Florence

 

  • River Cities Taxi - 541-997-8520  Operates 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 a.m. daily and Friday and Saturday 24 hours. Wheelchair vans and regular taxi. Arrangements can be made for travel out of the area.

 

  • Florence-Yachats Connector – 541-997-8520  The bus runs Monday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:25 p.m., except holidays. Tickets are only $2.50 one-way/$5.00 for all-day service.  The bus will make four round-trips each day, departing from the Florence Grocery Outlet stop, making one stop at Carl G. Washburne State Park, then arriving in Yachats at the Log Church (3rd & Pontiac). See the LinkLane web page for more information at https://link-lane.org/florence-yachats-connector/.

 

  • Florence-Eugene Connector -  The Florence to Eugene Connector bus runs seven days per week, with two routes per day. It will not run on the following days: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Tickets are $5/ one-way; fares between Florence and Mapleton are $1. Tickets can be purchased through the bus driver.   • Florence Police Department - if you are worried about a neighbor but don't need an immediate response, call the non-emergency number 1-541-997-3515

 

  • Suicide Ideation - if someone has suicidal thoughts, call 988, a new 3 digit dialing code for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
