Effective January 2026 the HOA dues are $335 per month, or $4,020 per year.  You have the option to pay your dues monthly, quarterly or annually.

Dues must be paid by the 25th of the month to avoid late fees.

Your HOA dues include the following:

• High speed internet  (Spectrum)

• Expanded cable TV  (Spectrum)

• Water

• Sewer

• Trash pick up

• Brush depositories

• Use of swimming pools

• Use of hot tub

• Use of sauna

• Tennis / Pickleball courts

• Use of clubhouse and exercise room

• Office and Maintenance staff

• Coffee and Popcorn in the Coffee Room

• Dog poop bags
