Effective January 2024 the HOA dues will be $270 per month, or $3,240 per year.  

You have the option to pay your dues monthly, quarterly or annually.

• High speed internet  (Spectrum)

• Expanded cable TV  (Spectrum)

• Water

• Sewer

• Trash pick up

• Brush depositories

• Use of swimming pools

• Use of hot tub

• Use of clubhouse and exercise room

• Office and Maintenance staff
