Greentrees Village

Greentrees Village is a 55+ manufactured home community in the coastal city of Florence, OR. Each of the 567 lots is individually owned.  The village features peace and quiet in hand-cleared, secluded lots, framed by a lush green background of native foliage. We are located on the Central Oregon coast, 65 miles west of Eugene, Oregon.

Founded in 1973, Greentrees Village committed to enhancing our residents’ living experiences by providing a wide range of amenities and services for them to enjoy. Residents may submit articles for the newsletter, subject to editing for clarity, readability, and length. Edited articles will be emailed to authors for approval before publishing. Articles are limited to approximately 250 words, except for the monthly featured article. Submit articles to communications@gtvhoa.com by 5 PM on the 22nd of each month.

The newsletter accepts letters to the editor, limited to approximately 125 words and subject to the guidelines below. One letter is published monthly; additional letters are forwarded to the Board of Directors as correspondence. All newsletter submissions must be appropriate for the Greentrees Village community and in good taste.

The Communications Committee may reject submissions containing content that:

• Is discriminatory to any person or group

• Includes profanity or can be deemed offensive

• Promotes violence

• Attacks any group or individuals (whether residents of the community or not) or can be deemed abusive, harassing, threatening, or intimidating

• Is copyrighted or trademarked without the written permission of the copyright holder

• Is of a political nature.
