Greentrees Village

is a 55+ manufactured home community in the coastal city of Florence, OR. Each of the 567 lots is individually owned.  The village features peace and quiet in hand-cleared, secluded lots, framed by a lush green background of native foliage. We are located on the Central Oregon coast, 65 miles west of Eugene, Oregon.

Founded in 1973, Greentrees Village is committed to enhancing residents’ living experiences by providing a wide range of amenities and services for them to enjoy.
