Greentrees Village is a 55-and-older manufactured and modular home community located within the City of Florence, Oregon. Each of the 567 lots is individually owned. The village features peace and quiet in hand-cleared, secluded lots, framed by a lush green background of native foliage. There is a community clubhouse, recreation hall, swimming pools, exercise room and tennis court. We are located on the Central Oregon coast, 65 miles west of Eugene, Oregon.
